MARILYN GILBERT (she/her)

Founder & Director

Marilyn has been representing classical, jazz and global artists for over forty years. Originally a violinist who performed at Carnegie Hall, Marilyn is now the director of MGAM with an artist roster that challenges boundaries. MGAM partners with artists who foster community beyond the stage, developing programs that transcend the concert hall. MGAM’s mandate represents Marilyn’s lifelong passion for sharing music and her commitment to progressive causes.

LUISA GONZÁLEZ (she/her)

Booking Agent

Hailing from Colombia and inspired by the voice of women in both film and music, Luisa has evolved from a filmmaker into a versatile figure within the entertainment industry. She has taken on multiple roles, including booking agent, tour manager, and music video director. She has also had the privilege of collaborating with the afro-cuban band OKAN, Lula Music and Arts, and MGAM; aligning her passion for audiovisual aesthetics with her dedication to supporting emerging musicians.

ANA CALVACHE (she/her)

Sr. Graphic Designer

Ana challenges the notion that talent alone guarantees success, understanding the importance of discipline. With a belief in the power of art and design to drive change, she has achieved remarkable results, such as working with high-profile clients like UNICEF and The Colombian Government; designing Brand Identities in countries like Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, the US and Canada, and helping propel Yo Amo Media, a social media community for Latin women, from 1 to 40 million followers as the Design Lead.
