A two-time JUNO nominated multi-instrumentalist/producer, spoken-word poet, arts educator and community worker. in 2021, he was chosen as the laureate of the 2020 Ontario Arts Foundation Arts Educator Award.

Rivka Golani, a distinguished violist, has made remarkable contributions to her instrument’s history. She’s inspired composers worldwide, resulting in over 350 compositions, including 80 concertos, a historic record.

Rivka has graced renowned orchestras’ stages, earning acclaim from critics. She’s left an indelible mark on her instrument, blending tradition and innovation. Her impressive discography includes groundbreaking works, such as the world premiere recording of Elgar’s Concerto on viola. She also takes on a mentoring role, attracting students from around the globe to her classes at London’s Trinity Laban College of Music and Dance. Her artistic direction extends to Canadian music festivals, and she currently resides in London, England, playing a viola crafted by Otto Erdesz.
