Ate last night at Pizzeria Libretto on Toronto’s Ossington resto strip. Hoards of people are showing up because the food is delicious. It is honest, it is real and it is obviously “hand made home made.” My daughter used to love to use that phrase for things that were not manufactured. Things that were made with care and love. You can taste it in this case.  Food like this always makes me think about the great concerts I have attended. The ones where every note was played with care and with love and where every note had meaning. Both food and music at their greatest need to be prepared with heart.
